Michael Ball St. Mary Bourne, Andover I would like to thank you for the excellent customer service we received this week in particular from Michael. We arrived back from our holiday after a long flight to find our boiler was not working (again) so no hot water or heating with imminent freezing weather due by the weekend. Michael and David Mees attended the fitting of a part we needed to repair our boiler yesterday. After an initial visit on the Wednesday to establish the problem Michael made a special trip to Dorset to collect a part we desperately needed on Thursday evening. The boiler appears to be now running a lot quieter with no oil smell in the house and we're pleased we have finally found a company we can trust to do the job right in the first place!
